FIt Coach Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, “Website”, “Web App”, or “FIt Coach Club”) is a web and mobile–accessible wellness & client-management platform owned and operated by DigiYog Techno Soft (hereinafter referred to as “DigiYog Techno Soft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Introduction

Definitions
- Service / Platform
- The FIt Coach Club website and web/mobile application operated by DigiYog Techno Soft.

- Data about an identifiable individual (alone or in combination with other data).
- Usage Data
- Data collected automatically by the Service or its infrastructure (e.g., page visit duration, device events).

When you access the Platform, request a demo, sign up for a free trial, or subscribe, we may collect the following categories of data to provide and improve the Service.
1) Personal Data
We may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp-linked number)
- Address (country, state, city, PIN/ZIP)
- Social login identifiers (if you sign up via Google/other SSO)
- Cookies and Usage Data
- Any other identifiers, including data categorized as personal or sensitive under DPDPA 2023
We may contact you via calls/SMS/WhatsApp/newsletters/marketing updates about similar products or services you have used or enquired about. You can opt out using unsubscribe links or by contacting us. Even if registered under DND/DNC/NCPR, you authorize essential service/transactional communications while your account remains active.
2) Usage Data
We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, time/date, time spent, device identifiers, and diagnostics. On mobile, we may collect device type, OS, unique IDs, and similar diagnostic data.
3) Behavioral Data
We may collect data about your interactions on the Platform across devices (e.g., search activity, communication preferences, opt-ins).
4) Location Data
With your permission, we may process approximate or precise location to provide or improve features. You can enable/disable location in your device settings.
5) Contact Lists & Files (Coach Features)
You may upload contact lists (name, phone, email, tags) and share files (images, audio/video, PDFs) to engage clients. We process this content to provide the Service as instructed by you.
6) Cookies & Tracking
We use Cookies, web beacons, tags, and similar technologies to operate, secure, and analyze the Platform. You can set your browser to refuse Cookies, but some features may not function properly.
